Licensees are looking for opportunities to more efficiently handle Foreclosure and Short Sales. Recent Government programs, HAMP and HAFA, were created to "streamline" the process! Rules, requirements, steps and processes' of these programs will be outlined and discussed. There are some exciting elements to these programs, both for the real estate practicioner and the consumer!
