   Ethics: Pathways to Professionalism

Class Description:

Licensees will develop a clear understanding of both their "lawful" obligations and their "ethical" responsibilities under both the NAR "Codes of Ethics" and the ODRE "Canon's of Ethics". Selected "Articles" will be discussed and some will also be highlighted with a short video vignette to further explain the requirements, spirit, and intentions of the Article. Licensees will improve their overall understandings of required behaviors in the areas of: Dealings with the Public, Dealings with Fellow Licensees and Dealings with Clients.
