A licensed Broker for over 28 years, Alec now spends at least half of his time educating and training Real Estate Licensees! Alec has taught well over 15,000 hours of all four topics of Ohio's required pre-license courses, post sales and post brokers courses, as well as approved continuing education and training courses thru-out Ohio and nationally! He is also an Instructor on the faculty of the Ohio Association of Realtors, the Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, and the National Assoc. of Real Estate Consultants. Alec is now an Associate of RealtyU.

In 1986 he was his local Boards' "Salesperson of the Year" and in 1994 became their "Broker of the Year". In 1997 was honored as the "Ohio Instructor of the Year" by the Ohio Association of Realtors. In 1999 he was awarded the prestigious "DREI", "Distinguished Real Estate Instructor" Designation by the National Real Estate Educators Association.

In addition, Alec has received the ABR, ABRM, C-CREC, CRB, and the SRES designations. Alecs' personal mission is to help Realtors attain a higher level of professionalism, by providing the best in "up to date", "relevant", "meaningful" and "entertaining" Education and Training
